ENTERPRISE AI INFRASTRUCTURE
Configuration and Project Services
Define the complete scope before requesting a quotation. Hardware, deployment requirements and ongoing coverage should be evaluated together.
System Configuration
A complete equipment list connects the server platform to the workload. Include the options that affect compatibility, operating cost and deployment readiness.
| Area | Include in the request |
|---|---|
| Compute | GPU model/count, CPU requirements and installed system memory. |
| Storage | Boot/data capacity, enterprise SSD type, endurance and redundancy. |
| Networking | Ethernet or InfiniBand, link speeds, adapters, switches, optics and cables. |
| Rack equipment | Rack dimensions, rails, power distribution, management and cabling. |
| Cooling | Air or liquid cooling, facility connections and operating requirements. |
| Software | Operating system, drivers, frameworks and required licenses. |
Deployment Scope
Factory and Rack Preparation
Specify component installation, firmware settings, rack assembly, cabling and configuration records. Identify which items must arrive ready for installation.
Site Installation
Include receiving, positioning, facility connections, network setup and commissioning where required. The proposal should name the responsible party and deliverables for each activity.
Service availability and responsibility are established in the project proposal. OEM-required liquid-cooling and onsite integration must be included where the selected platform requires them.
Acceptance and Handover
Agree the test conditions before ordering. A defined handover can include a component inventory, firmware and driver versions, GPU visibility, storage checks and a representative workload test.
- Installed equipment and serial-number record.
- System configuration and management access handover.
- Agreed health checks and test results.
- Support ownership, escalation route and remaining actions.
